Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being dispatched.

If you need to return an item, please contact us first by email at tilbrookandco@gmail.com or phone at 0428 843 998 to discuss the details before sending anything back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Return and replacement postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

No liability is accepted for returned or exchanged goods lost or damaged in transit. If your products arrive damaged, please keep all packaging to assist with any claim through the carrier.
