Shipping policy

Tilbrook & Co endeavours to pack and send your parcel within 24 - 48 hours of your order.  Please allow for up to six working days for your delivery.  We offer both standard and express shipping options within Australia and World Wide via Australia Post at real-time, true-rate. Note: Express post is not guaranteed overnight delivery as we are located in regional NSW.

All packages are insured through Australia up to $100. Note: Express post is not guaranteed delivery depending on post code. Please understand that in peak delivery times (ie, into the lead up to the Christmas period) parcels may take a little longer.

Australia Post is used for all packages, and items are tracked. You will be sent an email containing your tracking information. Every care is made in preparing your order using new and used packaging to ship your items; items are packed as expertly as we can manage. However, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels, or incorrect delivery addresses, once they have been lodged with Australia Post.
