Shipping - Australia

Tilbrook & Co endeavours to pack and send your parcel within 24 - 48 hours of your order.  Please allow for up to six working days for your delivery. 

We offer both standard and express shipping options within Australia and World Wide via Australia Post at real-time, true-rate.

Express post is not guaranteed overnight delivery as we are located in Regional NSW.

Insurance

All packages are insured through Australia up to $100 included in your order. If you wish to insure your order for more please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss additional fees

Note: Express post is not guaranteed delivery depending on post code. Please understand that in peak delivery times (ie, into the lead up to the Christmas period) parcels may take a little longer. Please review the Australia Post delivery estimate table here.

Tracking

All orders shipped with Australia Post will be assigned a tracking number. This tracking number will arrive in your inbox via the email provided at checkout. Please note that tracking can take up to 72 hours to update on the Australia Post website.

Every care is made in preparing your order using new and used packaging to ship your items, items are packed as expertly as we can manage. however we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels, or incorrect delivery addresses, once they leave our store.
